TIPS

With the power and functionality of My Voicemail Network service, the ability
to communicate has never been better. These user tip's can help you
effectively and efficiently manage your communications.

1.By Using the Web Access Feature you will save both time and money.
There are no per minute fees when using the Web.

2. We have provided a temporary PIN to access your mailbox. For security purposes we recommend you change the PIN number to something easy to remember, but hard to guess.

3. Set your notification to multiple email addresses, or phone numbers.
The system will notify you when a new message has been left in your mailbox.

4. Input your phonebook. This will make it easier to build your broadcast list or to forward messages to another user.

5. Folders are a great way to store important calls or faxes. To create a folder click Folder on the menu, click ADD, give the folder a name. You can move messages to that folder or any other folder that you have created.
